Adrian advises on a range of IP, legal and commercial issues in collaborations, joint ventures, research (private and public sector), product development, pilots, commercialisation, manufacturing, procurement, mergers and acquisitions, and marketing and branding.
With a combination of private practice and in-house experience, Adrian has negotiated with (and/or for) a diverse range of parties in Australia and overseas, from start-ups to publicly-listed companies, large multi-nationals, OEMs, and state-owned and government entities.

Nick is a leading intellectual property strategy and tech commercialisation expert with over 15 years of experience working alongside tech companies to help them scale globally. He is an experienced patent and trade marks attorney, litigator, and commercialisation advisor, and has represented global companies including Boeing, AT&T, BHP, Bosch, Softbank and Microsoft. Before starting his own global consulting firm, Radian Global, Nick built and ran the IP Strategy and Commercialisation team for Deloitte across the Asia Pacific region.
